Considering the fact that I started in the service trade in 1986, that would mean slightly over 3 decades of continuous meanderings professionally. All changes in career are momentous corner-stones for all individuals and I have based my professional carreer on the simple fact that I always enjoy new challenges and opportunities and detest being stagnant for long. I have developed new methodologies with my 33 years experience in the recruitment arena and other decades in the tourism and commerce areas.

After serving 20 eventful years in the British Gurkha from 1978 till 1998, Mr. Gurung ventured into the recruitment areana and has been actively leading the Security Division of Adept & Agile. After relinquishing his position as the Chairman of the company to Mr. Pravin Rimal, Mr. Gurung is till active at the helm of this organization and therefore has been respectfully conferred the position of Chairman Emeritus.

Retd. Lt. Colonel Hemendra Khadka is a former Nepalese Army Gurkha officer with extensive Command experiences with the UN Peacekeeping Forces, Physical Security, Executive Protection and Logistics Operations in Spartan and militant environments. Colonel Khadka also has 12 years’ management experience with International Humanitarian Organizations, Government Organization and Private Security Companies as well. In addition to his security management experience, Colonel Khadka has widespread experiences in the training of civilians and humanitarian workers for security awareness and response in high risk zones, such as Afghanistan and Iraq. He is proficient in the following languages: English, Afghan Dari, Urdu, Hindi, Nepali, and basic Arabic. Presently, he is stationed in the United States of America and while representing our interests in the Americas, also is a vital advisor to all of our security endeavors.
Productive, dynamic and ambitious and with a career background as a cabin crew in a reputed International airline, manager of International Clubs and hotels, her skills in hospitality and customer service adds to the growth of the company. Michelle is a team player plus also has the unique skill-set of being able to work alone on any given project. She is the bridge between the Chairman and the many areas and niches that the company is involved in. With past work experience in sales and marketing in India, Nepal, and Qatar, Michelle is well versed in working with the International Community. She leads our salaes and marketing departments.

She provides in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and addresses those when planning the step-by-step recruitment drives. She is the link between the employer and potential employee. Back from maternity leave, she works inhouse as well as remotely and will be rejoining our brick and mortar premises full time starting March 2021.

Manoj is a very experienced part of our operations team and comes with more than a decade's experince in the recruitment arena. With experiences working in Malaysia and Qatar, Manoj also brings hands-on knowledge from the workers point of view. He deals with all Government issues, Labor Department of Nepal, selection of candidates, remote agents network, interview handling, etc. A true team member and section leader.
