Considering the fact that I started in the service trade in 1986, that would mean slightly over 3 decades of continuous meanderings professionally. All changes in career are momentous corner-stones for all individuals and I have based my professional carreer on the simple fact that I always enjoy new challenges and opportunities and detest being stagnant for long. I have developed new methodologies with my 33 years experience in the recruitment arena and other decades in the tourism and commerce areas.
I shall be continuing my career in recruitment and add a few other areas to my portfolio such as security, provision of maritime marshals, logistics, commercial activities and tourism; whilst continuing the undertakings that I am committed to. With me, you are in capable and professional hands.

With 17 + years of hands-on experince in the recruitment, security and training arenas, Mr. Poudel leads the management team of Adept & Agile as Managing Director of Trikon Management. He is also involved with the operations of a cleaning company and restaurant in the United Arab Emirates for the past 5 years as part of the expansion plans of the Company.
With an extended 25 years of experince with the then Royal Nepal Army, plus extensive stints with the United Nations Peacekeeping Forces in high risk Worldwide arenas; Bharat leads our security vetting and training arenas. He has over 20+ years of experince in the security and recruitment fields and was the pioneer in the recruitment of Gurkhas within the Abu Dhabi Police forces and Kellog Brown and Root security in Kuwait.
Former Commander of Nepal Army’s elite Special Operations Forces also served as a Senior trainer for Nepalese Special Forces Brigade. He has also work extensively in the served in Nepalese Army’s Research and Development/Prototype Development Team and has contributed immensely for the special needs for the training component and as well as special equipment. He is US Ranger and US Warrior Leader Instructor qualified. He was the primary engagement counterpart and representative to US Special Forces and US Air Force 320 Special tactics Squadron. He has served in UN Mission in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in 2006.
Retd. Lt. Colonel Hemendra Khadka is a former Nepalese Army Gurkha officer with extensive Command experiences with the UN Peacekeeping Forces, Physical Security, Executive Protection and Logistics Operations in Spartan and militant environments. Colonel Khadka also has 12 years’ management experience with International Humanitarian Organizations, Government Organization and Private Security Companies as well. In addition to his security management experience, Colonel Khadka has widespread experiences in the training of civilians and humanitarian workers for security awareness and response in high risk zones, such as Afghanistan and Iraq. He is proficient in the following languages: English, Afghan Dari, Urdu, Hindi, Nepali, and basic Arabic. Presently, he is stationed in the United States of America and while representing our interests in the Americas, also is a vital advisor to all of our security endeavors.
