Adept & Agile has recently concluded the acquisition of shares of Gurkha Security & Logistics. With this new venture, Adept & Agile will be providing local guarding services in the United Kingdom, its Commonwealth member territories and Nepal and also provide security and logistical services. Specialized training courses will also be made available to the maritime industry - both civil and security related plus PSD courses.
New service provide shall additionally be recruitment from amongst the extensive Nepali and Gurkha diaspora already settled in the United Kingdom. This is not only restricted to security services but also to manufacturing, sales, cleaning, janitorial, maintenance, driving, etc.

Former Commander of Nepal Army’s elite Special Operations Forces, Major Anees Dhoj Khadka, also served as a Senior trainer for Nepalese Special Forces Brigade. He has also work extensively in the served in Nepalese Army’s Research and Development/Prototype Development Team and has contributed immensely for the special needs for the training component and as well as special equipment. He is US Ranger and US Warrior Leader Instructor qualified. He was the primary engagement counterpart and representative to US Special Forces and US Air Force 320 Special tactics Squadron. He has served in UN Mission in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in 2006.
